Dear Friends of Neve Hanna,
The Rabbinical Assembly on their Solidarity Mission to Israel, visited Neve Hanna Children’s Home. The RA spent an incredible day with Rabba Liron Levy, the staff and children and touring the children’s campus.
“The RA Solidarity Mission is an experience of extreme contrast from mourning to resilience, destruction to hope. Our colleagues visited Neve Hanna, a home for children ages 6-18, is located in Kiryat Gat. It welcomes Jews, Christians, Muslims, and Bedouin-and all live a vibrant Jewish life, in the tradition of the Masorti/Conservative movement, together. Most of the students were away on vacation on October 7, but just days later, Neve Hannah reopened its doors, to welcome its children back home. In a time of war, Neve Hanna is where they felt safe.”
