Dear Friends of Neve Hanna,
There is great news again. Two of the six volunteers from last year, who reluctantly had to return to Germany due to the recall campaign of the German authorities, are back in Neve Hanna on a private initiative. It was a great reception because at the time of their arrival all of Neve Hanna was playing on the sports field on Shabbat afternoon. The children still find it difficult to understand why not everyone is returning and complete the social service year. Nonetheless, they were happy to hear that the other four of that service year are doing fine, too.
There was also joy about other visitors. Currently two volunteers who completed a social year in Neve Hanna in 2018-2019 are in the country and of course they have already visited the children. These signs of solidarity are greatly appreciated by everyone.
