Our friend and colleague, Dr. Bob Braitman of the FJMC Wellness Initiative urgently calls upon our community to improve their health and support a worthy cause.
Participation is made easy by signing up for the FJMC “King of the Hill” Individual Walking Challenge which aims to promote better health through Wellworksforyou, a competitive app-based walking program, while raising funds for the at-risk youth at Neve Hanna Children’s Home in Israel.
Objectives:
1. Promote health, fitness, and wellness awareness.
2. Foster leadership, teamwork, and camaraderie.
3. Integrate wellness programs into our core mission.
4. Raise funds and promote awareness for Neve Hanna.
