The staff of Neve Hanna Children’s Home consists of trained educators, social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, as well as experts in different therapeutic fields. In addition, each year, young volunteers from Israel (serving a service year before they are drafted to the IDF) and abroad (mainly Germany, Switzerland, and the USA) are welcomed at Neve Hanna.
