Playground Project

We bring you updates on the ground preparation of the new playground being built at Neve Hanna Children’s Home.

1. Removal of the old playground.

2. Removal of grass, plants and stones in the ground.

3. The last of the swings and smaller installations were removed.

4. The designated playground area was prepared by a company firm specializing in the basic work of the underground-foundation for playgrounds.

5. Installation of a special carpet preventing injuries.

6. The remainder of the huge area has now been prepared and covered with synthetic grass material.

Only the ground preparation of the project has been completed. The equipment and work expenses of the building of the new playground are estimated higher than we originally expected.

Now that the entire area is off limits for the children, NH Director, Itzik Bohadana took care that the kids would have outdoor recreational games and activities, by purchasing ping-pong tables and paddles and other fun items.
